Jeff Messinger — Personal Trainer, Class Instructor, Diet & Contest Prep Coach
Jeff Messinger started weight training in the gym in the mid-90s, becoming a personal trainer as soon as he was old enough. While Jeff has won several bodybuilding shows, he finds more fulfillment in helping others reach their goals. He has trained many clients to compete and win in bodybuilding, figure, and bikini competitions.
Jeff's real passion is working with everyday people who want to be healthier, look better, and/or tackle food issues. He focuses not just on the physical side of training, but on the mental and emotional aspects of creating real, long-lasting success, health, and physical transformation.
Michaela Ross – Class Instructor, Personal Trainer and Front Desk
I have been involved with sports since I was very young. I originally was a track and field enthusiast, and even qualified for the BC summer games in 2010. In 2012 I showed horses and won many championships on the VIHJA circuit. In 2013 I discovered the weight room and I fell in love with feeling strong and powerful.
Since then I have attained the BCRPA Personal Training certification and continue to learn on a daily basis.
I value both physical and mental health and aim to provide the highest quality of personal training possible to each of my clients.
Michaela is bringing new energy and excitement to our team and we are thrilled to have her.

Kristen Jorgensen – Personal Trainer and Class Instructor
I joined Club Fitness November 1, 2018 and started training with Kristen Jorgensen.
I can’t say enough good things about The Club or Kristen!
She helped me with my nutrition, as I was at a static weight, and I have lost 11 pounds. I’ve gained muscle, and acquired some much needed self-esteem and confidence; all in only 5 weeks!

Growing up, Kristen had a passion for many sports, but specifically volleyball. She played competitively for five years on both her high school team and the Rep team. She enjoyed the physical demands of the sport as well as the social aspect of it. At the age of fifteen, she was a volunteer coach. She coached beginner girls’ volleyball for two years and found a passion for sharing her knowledge and helping these girls become better athletes. Kristen began weightlifting at sixteen, and it has been a part of her daily routine ever since.
With recently graduating from the Shredded by Science Academy, Kristen is ready to share her knowledge on weightlifting and nutrition. She hopes to help her clients gain more confidence at the gym and make it a part of their everyday routines.
Kristen believes in having the flexibility to do the things you love and make smart choices along the way to help you get you closer to your goals.
Colt Sainas – Personal Trainer
Colt Sainas’s passion in helping others take back control of their health and physique guides his career as a BCRPA/NASM certified personal trainer. Colt has a strong knowledge base of athletic training, strength training, bodybuilding and nutritional protocols. Colt believes in helping others find their passion in fitness and health by teaching how one can regain control of their diet and physique through strength training and habit change. Colt focuses on teaching one how to master the basic foundations of fat loss and muscle gain so that you can achieve long-lasting results.
