"Hi, I’m Nya! During my time as a personal trainer, I’ve had the honor of helping men and women of all ages along their fitness journeys.

 

Starting gymnastics at a young age really drove my passion for living a healthy lifestyle and staying active. It was a fun chapter full of memories and friendships, but my passion soon switched from gymnastics to weightlifting. My happy place is the gym. I am so grateful that I get to spend my days showing my clients just how amazing it is to feel strong and healthy in their bodies. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, and motivator.

 

If you’ve been thinking about getting started, making a change, are needing an extra push, or just don’t want to go to the gym alone, I am here to help! We can do this together!

"Training with Nya is the best! I used to train on my own all the time and over the last couple years I've found it very hard to stay consistent and motivated. Since training with Nya I have found my love for working out again! Nya pushes me outside of my comfort zone, and inspires me to keep going when I would normally give up if I were on my own. Our workouts are tailored to my specific needs, and she has structured my exercises around my injuries, and problem areas. I love seeing how much stronger I am getting, and I really love how much better I feel everyday. Whether you are just starting at the gym or need a switch up in your routine, Nya is your girl!"

I have a background working as a Health and Safety/Disability Manager in a food production plant. Part of my training included Ergonomics in the Workplace, Risk Assessments for repetitive strain injuries and injury prevention strategies.

I have endured my own struggles with fitness and weight loss and found the only way to succeed was to do it! No excuses!

For those of you who haven't met Jeff, he is a very popular personal trainer. He doesn't just preach it; he lives it! You can't help but be inspired around him.

Jeff started weight training in the gym in the mid-90s, becoming a personal trainer as soon as he was old enough. While Jeff has won several bodybuilding shows, he finds more fulfillment in helping others reach their goals. He has trained many clients to compete and win in bodybuilding, figure, and bikini competitions.

​

Jeff's real passion is working with everyday people who want to be healthier, look better, and/or tackle food issues. He focuses not just on the physical side of training but on the mental and emotional aspects of creating real, long-lasting success, health, and physical transformation.
