Restorative Sound Bath with Molly

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound bath. This hour-long session is designed to support you on your unique sound journey. Set aside your to-dos for the day—here, simply being is all you need to do. Allow the healing vibrations to wash over you, fostering balance and harmony on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. These frequencies create resonance within the body and chakras, leaving you feeling cleansed and reset. Dress comfortably, and feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, or eye covering for the ultimate relaxation experience.

Barre with Willow

An exercise class combining ballet, Pilates, and yoga exercises. Barre class is a low impact exercise form that uses your body weight as resistance, works on strengthening the entire body and has a strong focus on correct body alignment. Small props will be used in class to enhance exercises and postures. This class is great for anyone of all levels.

Warm Yin Yasa with Elena

A Special Yoga Fusion Class Experience the best of both worlds in this unique fusion of Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Begin by flowing through dynamic, heat-building Vinyasa sequences that awaken and energize the body. Then transition into deep, meditative Yin postures designed to release tension and invite stillness. The gently heated room helps soften the muscles, making it easier to move with intention and settle into longer holds. This class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect body and mind through mindful movement and restorative stillness. Perfect for all levels, Warm Yin Yasa offers balance — strength and surrender, effort and ease.

Kundalini & Meditation with Erin

Often called the “yoga of awareness,” Kundalini Yoga combines movement, breathwork, meditation, and mantra to awaken energy and strengthen the nervous system. It can be both challenging and energizing, yet deeply calming and meditative. Each class moves through pranayama, a series of exercises (kriyas), and closes with a meditation.

Glow Yoga with Elena

Nurtured by Nidra with Lara

Nurtured by Nidra invites you to soften into balance and restore inner harmony.
We'll begin with an oracle card reflection to open intuitive awareness, followed by 30 minutes of gentle, embodied movement that cultivates presence and grounding through mindful flow and breath. The practice closes with a 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra—an invitation to rest deeply, reconnect to your inner wisdom, and find calm within the quiet.A nourishing class for those seeking steadiness, clarity, and heartfelt connection.

Yin & Yoga Nidra with Lena
-Sunday Nov 30th @ 7pm (75min)
This special 75 min Yin and Yoga Nidra class will begin with some gentle movement, pranayama, deep yin and end with a 20 min yoga Nidra practice. With movement, Pranayama and releasing tension in the mind and body we will set the stage for deep rest. By surrendering the physical body with yin yoga, the body and mind come to a deeply relaxed state through yoga Nidra connecting into your subconscious and higher wisdom to help you find peace and heal.

GROUP POWER
Is a full-body strength training hour that makes you muscle strong and movement strong! Using an adjustable barbell, plates, and your body weight, you’ll experience traditional exercises from the weight room, plus three-dimensional, integrated movement training, for results in real life and real sport. GROUP CORE
Group Core is your athletic 360-degree firm foundation builder that will make you stronger, quicker, and faster in all you do. The 30-minute workout will strengthen your body, shoulders to hips, front to back, and side to side, which improves athletic performance but can also reduce back pain and help you move with ease in real life. GROUP BLAST
Group Blast delivers on all of your cardio and coordination needs, on, off, and all around an adjustable step. You’ll walk, jog, run, and jump, plus conquer balance drills, lateral drills, and quickness drills to exciting, energetic music. LET'S DANCE
Get a good sweat and have a good time! Enjoy a high energy, fun cardio class that will have you moving to music. Work your entire body, including your core, while sweating and dancing to the beat! No experience necessary and all bodies welcome.

ZUMBA
Ditch the workout, join the party. Dance to great music and different styles from all around the world with awesome people, it is like one big super fun dance party. You won't even realize it is a workout as you'll be having such a good time. No dance experience or coordination needed, everyone is always welcome.

POUND
"Rok out Workout": Channel your inner rock star with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Designed for all fitness levels, Pound is easily modifiable and appealing to men and women of all ages and abilities.

STEP & SCULPT
Step up the cardio with 20 min of high intensity step followed by 20 min of muscle conditioning to shape and define the body, finish with core and stretch for a total body work out.

HIIT
High intensity interval training. Interval training is a type of training that involves a series of high intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. This is a great way to get in and reignite your passion for fitness.

BARRE
An exercise class combining ballet, Pilates, and yoga exercises. SPIN
Join us for a dynamic 30min, group ride indoors. Cycle to music as you ride hills, cruise flats and sprint to the finish. Improve cardio conditioning and muscular endurance with interval training on a bike.

POWER HOUR
Power Hour is suitable for all fitness levels. It’s a great way to build strength, burn calories and improve overall fitness. With a mix of upper body, core and lower body strength circuits, along with cardio exercises participants can expect to leave the class feeling strong, accomplished and ready to take on their next challenge.

PILATES
High intensity interval training. Interval training is a type of training that involves a series of high intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. This is a great way to get in and reignite your passion for fitness.

CIRCUITS
You won't be bored when you do circuit training. This workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time.

YIN YANG YOGA
Yin Yang Yoga is a combination of inactive and active poses. 30 minutes of Yin stretching followed by 30 minutes of a gentle standing series. Perfect for beginners, and wonderful for all levels, to slow down and create perfect balance.

YIN YASA YOGA
This 60 minute class combines the practices of both Yin & Vinyasa yoga creating Yin Yasa. Begin each class with a dynamic flow of energizing vinyasas to warm up, strengthen and stretch the entire body. The last portion of class will be Yin focused. You can expect longer holds and deeper stretches to target the connective tissue in the body and release stress. This class is a fantastic

GENTLE STRETCH
In this class you will gain balance and stability. We will strengthen and boost confidence from our power center, our core! Strengthening the entire core helps prevent and reverse back pain as well as improves over all functional abilities. Expect about 15 min of restorative yoga to finish practice with relaxing longer holds into savasana. You've earned it!

YIN FUSION YOGA
This class is a 60-minute harmonious blend of doweling, taping, rolling, slow movements, and longer yin holds. Yin allows us to tap into the connective tissues and fascial system of the body to help unravel tension and stress in the body and mind. All ages and all levels welcome.

CANDLE LIT RESTORE
This form of yoga uses props to support the body for long holds and gentle stretches. The goal is to completely relax and let go - moving into a meditative state. You only do a handful of poses in a class, and you’re welcome to drift into sleep.
RELAX & RESTORE YOGA
This Relax and Restore Yoga class is a great way to unwind and reset. Our lives are SO busy and it's imperative that we step out of DOing and into BEing. Surrender to longer holds, restorative postures with a bit of slow flow. We will focus on deepening connection to the breath, setting intentions and letting go. Tune into your parasympathetic nervous system to stimulate the body's natural rest and digest response. It's amazing what healing takes place within profound relaxation.

GLOW YOGA
With black-lights and fun music, glow yoga is a fun environment to enjoy a gentle flow class. Moving through a full body warm up, followed by an energizing standing series. This class offers modifications and amplifications and is great for beginners or intermediate yogis. Dress in colors that will really pop under black light focusing on white and neon, add glow sticks, glow accessories or glow paint and show up ready to experience something special.

RESTORATIVE SOUNDBATH
