SPIN

A dynamic 60 minute group ride indoors. Improve cardio conditioning and muscular endurance with interval training on a bike. Cycle to music as you ride hills, cruise flats and sprint to the finish.

YIN YASA YOGA

This is a 60 minute class that combines the practices of both Yin & Vinyasa Yoga (YinYasa). We will begin each class with a dynamic flow of energizing vinyasa to warm up, strengthen and stretch the entire body. The last portion of the class will be Yin focused. You can expect longer holds and deeper stretches to target the connective tissue in the body and release stress. This class is a fantastic way to get a full body physical/mental workout and activate your parasympathetic nervous system.

YIN YANG YOGA

Yin Yang Yoga is a combination of inactive and active poses. 30 minutes of Yin stretching followed by 30 minutes of a gentle standing series. Perfect for beginners, and wonderful for all levels, to slow down and create perfect balance.

GENTLE STRETCH

If your muscles ache or you're looking to advance your regular fitness routine - this class will help you release tension from your body so you feel more energized, limber, and can enjoy the rest of your workouts with more ease. This class is suitable for all and plenty of options and personal care is given so that you stretch safely and gently.

YIN FUSION YOGA

This class is a 60-minute harmonious blend of doweling, taping, rolling, slow movements, and longer yin holds. Yin allows us to tap into the connective tissues and fascial system of the body to help unravel tension and stress in the body and mind. All ages and all levels welcome.

CANDLE LIT RESTORATIVE YOGA

This form of yoga uses props to support the body for long holds and gentle stretches. The goal is to completely relax and let go - moving into a meditative state. You only do a handful of poses in a class, and you’re welcome to drift into sleep.

POWER FIT

This uses basic strength training movements with a focus on the upper body to get you ready for tomorrow’s Butt & Gutt. You don't have to be coordinated or be good at memorizing choreographed moves to music. Ideal for anyone who’s looking to improve their body's appearance, burn fat, and get that all over toned look.

CIRCUITS

You won't be bored when you do circuit training. This workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time.

HIIT

High intensity interval training. Interval training is a type of training that involves a series of high intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. This is a great way to get in and reignite your passion for fitness.

POUND

"Rok out Workout": Channel your inner rock star with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Designed for all fitness levels, Pound is easily modifiable and appealing to men and women of all ages and abilities.

ZUMBA

Ditch the workout, join the party. Dance to great music and different styles from all around the world with awesome people, it is like one big super fun dance party. You won't even realize it is a workout as you'll be having such a good time. No dance experience or coordination needed, everyone is always welcome.

BARRE

An exercise class combining ballet, Pilates, and yoga exercises. Barre class is a low impact exercise form that uses your body weight as resistance, works on strengthening the entire body and has a strong focus on correct body alignment. Small props will be used in class to enhance exercises and postures. This class is great for anyone of all levels.

CORE CHALLENGE

A popular low impact class which has elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training.  It will tone and strengthen your abdominals, torso, pelvis, glutes, posture, alignment, and physical performance.  We will also have some balance work in this class. Suitable for all levels as progressions and regressions will be given.

TABATA

Is a style of High Intensity Interval training that involves 20 seconds of maximum effort followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight cycles.  Tabata forces you to use both your anaerobic and aerobic systems which means you can improve your fitness in a shorter period.  It boosts your metabolism, increases lean muscle, immune boosting, and time efficient. This class is suitable for all levels as progressions and regressions will be offered.  Get ready to sweat!!!

Lena is a yoga instructor here at Club Fitness. She teaches Yin Fusion Yoga on Tuesday nights at 7:40pm. Lena also offers registered yoga programs out of Club's class floor. To learn more about her programs check out her social media below!

Hi! I am Joy. My greatest loves are my husband and baby girl. I love spending my time outdoors, doing all kinds of activities. I am a new mom, and am thrilled to be back sharing my love for yoga. I cannot wait to see you on your mat.

Tabata, Barre & Core Challenge

Sharon’s mission is to help people feel strong, healthy, confident, and, most of all, happy. She enjoys teaching classes and training with clients one on one. She has helped numerous men and women lose weight, build strength, and confidence, despite never lifting weights before. “Fitness is a lifelong passion of mine, I am a mother of three kids and know how hard it is to make time for yourself. Let me help you reach your goals, we are in this together! The Greatest Project you will ever work on is YOU”.
