About our Classes
This total-body class combines high-intensity step cardio with muscle conditioning to shape and define your body. Finish with core work and stretching for a full-body workout that improves strength, endurance, and mobility, leaving you energized and strong.
Barre blends ballet, Pilates, and yoga into a low-impact class using bodyweight and small props. It strengthens the entire body with a focus on alignment, builds core stability, and improves flexibility. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a fun, full-body workout with controlled, mindful movements.
Pilates is designed to move at a faster pace, with a strength-focused approach it blends classical Pilates foundations with a modern twist. Expect dynamic flows that challenge endurance, build strength, and improve balance - leaving you energized, strong, and centered.
This special 75 min Yin and Yoga Nidra class will begin with some gentle movement, pranayama, deep yin and end with a 20 min yoga nidra practice. With movement, Pranayama and releasing tension in the mind and body we will set the stage for deep rest.
Power is a full-body strength training class suitable for all levels. Using barbells, plates, and bodyweight, you’ll work upper body, core, and lower body circuits, plus cardio exercises. Build strength, burn calories, and improve functional fitness while having fun and leaving feeling strong and accomplished.
360 Circuits is a full-spectrum, high-energy workout hitting every angle of the body. Combining strength training, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, and cardio, each circuit targets different muscles and movement patterns. Relax & Restore Yoga focuses on slow flow, restorative postures, and longer holds to unwind and reset. Deepen your breath, set intentions, and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to promote natural rest and digestion. This calming class is perfect for stress relief, relaxation, and gentle healing.
This 60-minute Yin class uses long-held, passive postures to target deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia. With mindful breathing and props for support, the class encourages stillness, tension release, and nervous system calming. Ideal for recovery, stress relief, and improving mobility for all levels.
Yin Yasa blends energizing Vinyasa flow with deep Yin holds. Start with dynamic sequences to warm, strengthen, and stretch the body, then move into longer Yin poses that release tension and target connective tissues. Begin with an oracle card reflection to awaken intuitive awareness, then move through 30 minutes of gentle, mindful flow with breath. The practice concludes with 30 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra, promoting deep rest, clarity, and calm.

Yin Yang Yoga blends 30 minutes of deep, passive Yin stretches with 30 minutes of gentle standing poses. This balanced practice improves flexibility, targets connective tissues, and promotes relaxation. Perfect for all levels, it helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and create harmony between body and mind.
Focuses on strengthening your power center to improve stability, confidence, and overall functional abilities. Work the entire core to help prevent back pain and enhance daily movement. The class finishes with 15 minutes of restorative yoga, longer holds, and relaxing savasana to reset.
